1. How to add a new IPC device?
1. Please connect the Camera or NVR with internet, Camera or NVR will get the IP address by DHCP .User can change the Camera’s IP by Intellisight PC client application software.
2. Then scan the QR code on the Camera or NVR to add the device to Mobile APP

2. How to deal with "offline" or "camera disconnected" when adding an IPC or NVR?
1. Please check that the IPC or NVR is powered on and that the device's network LED is illuminated.
2. By default, the device enables DHCP service to obtain network connection information automatically. If you have chosen to set it manually, please check whether the network settings (IP address, gateway and DNS) are filled in correctly.
3. Please check whether the router has enabled the mac address filtering function.
4. If using a WIFI connection, please keep the wireless IPC installed in the signal coverage of the WIFI router.

3. How to play back the video?
Click on the shortcut menu bar in the Live Video preview window to go to continuous video playback.

4. How to check and play back the event video?

If you click on the shortcut menu bar in the Live Video preview window to go to event video playback. You will see the videos of the event on the current preview device.

If you click on the shortcut menu bar at the bottom of the screen. You will see the event videos for all the devices under your account. You will then need to manually specify a device.

5. Where can I download Intellisight PC software?
